Submission Checklist: It’s Go Time!!
There are just 6 days left to enter your submission to the AI in Action hackathon.
Submissions are due Jun 17, 2025 @ 2:00pm Pacific Time.
Whether you’re nearly finished with your submission or have been putting it off and are planning to get everything done this week, the deadline is coming soon!! Get some tips from our submission form process, make sure all of your teammates have accepted their invitations to join the project, and use the checklist below to make sure you’re all set by the deadline!
Submission checklist:

Write up on which and how Google Cloud tools and MongoDB/GitLab are used in your project.

Include a URL to the hosted Project for judging and testing.

Include a URL to your Open Source code repository to show how your project was built.

Include a demo video (3 minutes). Videos must be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo, and made public.

Judges will not be required to watch beyond 3 minutes

Select which challenge you’ll be submitting for.
Be sure to read through the official rules more than once. Or better yet, have a friend or colleague provide a second pair of eyes to make sure you didn’t miss anything.
