Use of data scrapers like dataforseo.com

What would this hackathon's stance be on data scrapers? Since this is a relatively small and non-commercial project, I don't think there will be any legal complications, but these tools sit in a legally and ethically gray area.

  We're happy with that. If the data is available, even via a scraper, then go for it
