"create a solution that helps users understand, interact with, or gain new perspectives from the data that shapes our world" what does this line actually mean? Does it mean that we need to make a data visualization application or data analysis application.

    No, it doesn't have to be a visualisation or a data analysis app. You can build an AI app that helps solve a problem
